If treating sick people is the goal then who or what is the FDA protecting?

-Who said that was the goal? As you know there are many income streams that need fortification.

These are the same people-organizations who approved one Amyloid-XXX theory-trial after another for 30+ years, and to some extent they still are. We have recently(cv-19) witnessed how medicine and politics get tangled to drive choices based on political judgements not science/fact based reasoning.
