It can be shown he carelessly and with knowing intent, recommended Remedesiver as a treatment with known studies showing it causes kidney failure.

Um, COVID causes kidney failure. And other organ failures.

You know that, right?

The real problem with Remdesivir is that although it can be helpful, it's not all that helpful.
