Don't underestimate capabilities. Fauxci's record is public. However it is obscure from the average person just reading the NYT, Wash Post and Fauxci cheerleading outlets.

It can be shown that Fauxci's actions and decision directly created the overwhelming hospitilizations and eventual deaths of most Covid patients.

It can be shown he carelessly and with knowing intent, recommended Remedesiver as a treatment with known studies showing it causes kidney failure.

It can be shown that he refused to recommend treatments claiming no efficacy due to the lack of Gold Standard trials while at the same time refusing to allocate funding for those trials. It can be shown these efforts were done to prevent any therapeutic cancelling the funding of Covid vaccines. Fauxci knew that FDA regulations prohibited federal research funds from being used when there was an off label treatment.

Much, much more sinister and devious Fauxci behavior can be easily shown to have him locked up for a lifetime.

That's why the guy will do his swan song in September to avoid the clutches of an investigator in a new Congress next year.
