The AMRN BOD is not the sharpest. The AMRN deals with HLS and Edding
were likely done because of BOD contacts and not because they were the
best deal for AMRN. Only an idiot would hire HLS to have exclusive
rights to sell Vascepa in Canada when the company did not have an
established sales force! My "guess" is AMRN would have fared better
in China with an established BP has a solid sales record there. At
least KM is a BP exec who has launched products in Europe and knows
the territory. I still believe that Vascepa has enormous value in
Europe for the right BP. KM should understand that. Besides, Thero
has a fortune in AMRN shares that may only have a large value if KM
does the right deal for the company.
