Yes, the filing has been accepted and the court is tasked at bare minimum, with determining whether Judge Du was wrong in denying our intervention. In terms of the merits, they have the option of ruling on the merits (something we will be vigorously advocating), or remanding the case back to Judge Du to rule on the merits, should they rule in our favor on intervention.
