I do not think they can PR TLD before publication and FDA doesn’t care about the journal, they will evaluate separately anyway. However, a well reviewed trial in a meaningful journal that suggests approval from peers on the approach and SAP effectively communicated in the article will give them a lot of comfort for doing what the FDA has already well communicated what it hopes will be the future of oncology trials.

So while I don’t agree, I do see what you think it would accomplish. I just don’t think it would happen in that manner.
