I won’t claim otherwise on complexity or ultimate priority, but I still think the analysis and publication will come first and that is what they have also explained. I do not think they were in a position to announce early this year because of the process they have outlined and which dictates their current path because that process likely was arrived at after careful process initially to determine the best pathway.

I don’t think they are sitting on their hands at all. I just do not think that is the likely order. If it were though, let me be clear, I’d NOT be unhappy. I just don’t think it seems likely. I appreciate the idea and it is certainly a provocative suggestion.
