judge-foe-not-the-swiftest!!!

I don't know if that 1.3% reversal rate is bad/great/ok, without context of other judges' rates of reversal.

I do know judge foe is not smart enough to keep her mouth shut when she should: "This is why I hate patent cases"....this said while she was "justice" over a patent case?????? HELLLLOOOOOOOOO, McFly!
