Agree trials are unlikely to flat-out fail because of safety.

What I am pointing out is that any attempts of linear interpolation estimating how many 'super responders' there might be in ongoing trials based on past trials is just not science or possible.

Just need to temper the wildest expectations and wait for the readout results to talk.
