Great response Alm !!

I am not a lawyer but I have enjoyed learning how the wheels of justice turn in the US. Awhile back I indicated that I saw two paths that occur in the legal system.

First you have the actual facts - then you have due process. What I see is that if you cant win on facts you try to rely on what I call "Legal etiquette"

HIKMA appears to have totally given up on facts and is simply using the constraints of the legal system ie "standing"

Yet can it actually be that the legal system of the US would allow , nay promote, the idea that constraints of the architecture of its system allows lying to the court !

Essentially saying that its system of process trumps truth ?
