Loosely translated, as a "Moron" I am lead to believe then that these court rulings used by the BCSC against MSX are fictions created by CMN/Barrick to propagate their crimes in the claiming of your assets.

Barrick would not publish anything of these as it would have a very negative view to the level of importance they would show their investors on these matters.

They claimed as I have posted to have all the property rights to their Pascua Lama project so why entertain minor nuisance court rulings in Chile.
MSX and A Mr. Lopehandia would be buried under a landslide of legal costs to prove otherwise bringing their supporting shareholders along for the burial.
