There are many. Exercise some basic reading comprehension to understand that what I said was "dilution was not zero". I said nothing about the price, the chart, or the company's future prospects.

So much for ivy league education that you allegedly went through it and can't even parse and comprehend an internet forum post.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
