That's not accurate as the O/S has gone up by about 2 million shares.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
