If I had to guess, I'd say both those links are overviews of the same company. We know that Shanghai Yicheng Culture Communication Co., Ltd. has many different divisions - and they themselves are part of a larger conglomerate.

From there a line goes down to: Shanghai Yicheng Culture Communication
From there a line goes to two boxes: (1) Shandong Pangbo Enterprise Consulting and (2) Shandong Pangbo Holdings

From there, the translations get a little murky because the photo isn't that clear.

Looks like one box is Education, one is Brand Management and one is Film and Television Culture. Some translate to Touch Technology and Healthcare Technology.
