Thanks for posting. This paper is research on how the S1 receptor is activated at the molecular level. They apparently used variations on a proprietary compound design. The paper will be useful for researchers who are trying to design ligands for it, like our licensors did.

Shows how complex a receptor's ligand recognition can be. But no surprise: receptors tend to be big, complex proteins.
