The FBI uses "control" over the shell over and over ... and large blocks of share and the convertible debt that can add up to large blocks of shares of converted and this would be controlling the shell and the undisclosed control referenced and the dumping of shares.

The pump if you notice has no allegations of false statements or manipulated PR ... from the detention hearing it seems their claim of the pump basically is the making CATV current would increase the share price and they are alleging the fake resignation letters to make CATV current is what they have basically. That seems to be their pump claim. And they state that is why they sprung into action to take Svorai off the board before this happened so the shares controlled by Svorai and convertible debt in other peoples names could not be dumped.

They are not even confident the wire fraud charges will hold. The only thing they seem confident about is the aggravated identity theft.
