Looks like to me MF has total control of the business. Where are you getting the 60% from.

And this is what keeps repeatedly getting lost and or extensively exaggerated.

When Svorai referenced that there was going to be a split for 60% to the CEO and 40% to his wife, this doesn't solidify Michael in any way.

The first problem is that the whole modus operandi of Svorai's scheme is to get control of large blocks of common stock and then put a CEO in place. People need to remember that Svorai uses fake identities through out this whole process. We don't know if he ever acted as Michael Feldenkrais when trying to run this scheme.

Svorai didn't do this with Michael. Svorai never placed a CEO because the whole operation right from the start was already made aware to the FBI.

The second problem is is that Michael (like you said) already owned the shell through Series A preferred shares.

Svorai's scheme only works if he has total control of the shell through purchasing large "control" blocks of common shares. That's it. And the whole thing was to create a "pump and dump."

It was never accomplished. Nor could he take control of the company legally anyways. So, Svorai never had a chance right off the bat.

This is what I think might have went down:

Michael Zoyes knew what Svorai was up too. Zoyes owned the Series A preferred shares.

Zoyes sold the shares to Feldenkrais and while doing so, was also the CHS working with the FBI. (In the filings, Feldenkrais mentions "legitimately" buying the Series A shares - which is odd to even mention something like that.)

So what we have here is a weird, "stars lining up" kind of scenario.

I also believe Svorai was tipped off to what was going on with the shell through Yaniv Nahon (Marquis Trading LLC who is a debt holder with CATV) and they were once again working on a pump and dump scheme.
