You need to look more in-depth of the listing rules before you speak. It’s up to Nasdaq if they want to take his company on or not. As far as going public he can retain control of the company no matter what. He just hasn’t allowed anyone to buy their way in or buy up his company. He could have done it much faster and much easier but he’s still making progress. Unfortunately his way took out some believers. But hey it’s the chance we all take playing penny stocks isn’t it ?
