How many PRs just like this have we seen over the years yet they post huge loses. They carefully parse their words as always in these PRs. They write "application accepted" to suggest they will get an up-list. They are finally working the narrative now that the price went below $3. Also the statement about the SEC reviewing their registration statement? Of course they never said anything about that and may be why the delayed application. Unless Jason gives up his ownership and controlling interest in this company it will never qualify because of corporate governance requirements. Jason acts in his own interest and has never respected the corporate fiduciary responsibilities. I also question the SEC's responsibilities toward shareholders.
