You keep posting about "Ultra Vires Acts" - I have never seen that enforced because management was delinquent in filing and were suspended and revoked.

And I don't see how a complaint filed in a State court is going to have Jurisdiction and if successful how it will be enforced.

Remember Common shareholders are last in line to receive any of the settlement. The settlement must be minimal at best - none of the Defendants have filed an 8-K for a material event.
