You don't need to hint to me heck been here before the house was built. I feel Intel and George will come to a settlement. George nor Intel want to go to trial. The amount of attorney fees are so high a settlement wont be over $600-$800k and when attorney's take their bite not much left so it will be all in the hype when and if a settlement breaks into the news. It will be the hype that moves this share price not dollars for the company or attorney's.
Now one area that I think about is all the documentations HDC did between them and Intel. I also wonder what documentation does Intel have? I mean the way HDC explain things when they first submitted the first lawsuit sure made things appear Intel got caught trying to really screw HDC in a huge way. Years of documentations now if that can be used in these sessions that could possibly lead to a few more dollars for HDC however, who really knows?
So 3 of the 4 patents were 1/2 right and 1/2 wrong? Well they still must be worth some dollars and then the forth patent was denied. It seems HDC won on all 4 so Intel just might crap a gold brick but how many?
