One of the major reasons that management decided to uplist was that there are an increasing number of money managers that own the stock personally, but can not put their clients in it. The land package is almost 5 miles long and 2 miles wide. Very little of it is drilled. The drilling they have completed so far this year has some very good results and new veins discovered. The newer land acquistions have little to no historical mining, so there is free optionality on that down the road when the drills have time. The rare earth properties have been given almost no value by investors but could be the most explosive thing here. Government support and funding for the beginning stages of exploration is unheard of since basically WW2. Drilling starts next season. Not to mention land prices have substantially risen in the area over covid. A whole lot of the hardest work in the foundation of this company has been laid. If one has been holding or waiting to buy, there are a lot of catalysts that can happen at any time here.
