Noted on name changed.. just saying .. as I have been that Steve Sharapura came in as President there on the subsidiary for a reason and the name change was for a reason .. TBD but it will lead to something.

On the other Item with SAVOV and now this Peter M guy .. you just have to know that Charles knew this was coming and that is why all the legal items
were done to protect the new and improved ENZC in Delaware SOS.

Can one even imagine being a 40 Year Attorney specializing in Patents, Intellectual Property , Corporate Law how many times Charles C has seen
this in various formats in his career. Thank Goodness Charles came along or I would not have stayed with Harry Z (no dis respect ) only , but it
needed Charles , the ENZC team from Bioclonetics and the new and improved look. Happens all the time .
