Not mutually exclusive: I am trying to follow your logic here. You are clearly worried about a lowball buyout, but at the same time you draw the conclusion that it appears no BP believes 2-73 will work.

Clearly the price reflects that the Street doesn't believe in 273 yet, and possibly the lack of partners also reflects that.

But if just one BP gets it and changes their mind about 273, we are set up for a lowball buyout, in fact the chance is heightened since no other BPs will contest it.

Sophisticated thinking can consider multiple paths simultaneously.

Either way we are undervalued.
