The Promo Flag went up mid Sept, maybe the 14th or 15th, working back from when it came off over the weekend.
I don't think the two are related any more, the ticker is now "alive" so to speak, there are a lot of shares in DTC and traders are flipping it back and forth.
some % may be new shares but the majority of the daily vol is just traders
if there was a large % of new shares this would be going down, the fact that its holding its own is a good sign.
the biggest issue is traders who got in deep and then try to sell 10m or 20m in one block on the ask and everyone just hits the bid as they think there is a wall.
IMO that is why it stalls, like it did yesterday. pro-traders let out small blocks all day long, not in one shot.
new traders need to learn to scale out
