Early June vaccination rates nearly meaningless amongst young people as it was difficult for even the most at risk elderly groups to get vaccinated “way back when.“ Since many younger people were less susceptible to serious consequences before the Delta strain became rampant, they didn’t bother to get vaccinated and deferred to those at higher risk.

Exactly. Not sure why early vaccination rates are being used to attack Universities and their vaccination compliance.
