Asked my son what he wants to eat for his birthday dinner. he's 25 now.

He said poutine and whatever else.

While a poutine might seem simple, fries, sauce, cheese... A Really good poutine needs the fries cooked just right, the sauce has to be done just so, and the cheese, can't just put anything there.

I think I'll get it right. Too bad I can't just call in an order to Pinoccio at St Joseph du Lac and have it delivered. They made the best poutine.
