Personally I think $2.50 (market cap of $250m) represented expected value based on ongoing buildup of both producuc line and marketing/selling infrastucture.

In any case, I assume market will wait for financials of Q3 AND Q4 to figure out the value of this investment. Uplisting will also bring in key institutional investors who by policy do stay away from OTC stocks.
