No, I am not mocking or being sarcastic. These allegations have been made for years and years. There was a lawsuit. It was settled. But apparently it did not appease some.

Anders, you can’t settle a lawsuit without a valid claim. from all of these posts, people (you included) are looking for a claim right now. They do not have one. Or they’d surely have dropped the papers by now.

I saw nothing from Jack about not wanting a lawsuit. Only you. Are you speaking for Jack?

Allegations of looting, and stealing, and conflicts of interest that violate fiduciary obligations, and no lawsuit? Anders, you are the loudest person making these allegations. And you’re a litigator. Why are you saying “Jack doesn’t want to sue”…? You should be suing.

You just alleged that Linda Powers is a smart bird and had crafted a scheme that will unjustly enrich her at the expense of NWBO shareholders, but instead of saying you’ll sue, you said, “Jack has said he doesn’t want to sue.” That is fascinating. That is just really interesting.
