I won’t, however, consider your method of arriving at what you believe is fact, as credible.

To be fair, you still haven’t referenced any definitive proof there is only one location.

And no, your personal interpretation of a translated Vietnamese website and web-based filings/records (for a single province I might add) are not credible. There is no law, nor policy, to support the logic you’re following to confirm your argument.

While it may fit your narrative, it is surely not definitive, which by definition cannot be credible.

Despite several chances to simply prove your statement, you remain more focused on the claims of others, which seems no different than those you seem overly concerned with discrediting.
