OTC Stocks can get the Penny Exempt Tab.



Only if they meet the '34 Act's definition of such. That would be a bid price of over $5 a share, or meets the net tangible assets or revenue tests with current (and audited!) financial statements provided to the SEC.

Not too many OTC stocks meet those requirements, however. But there definitely are some. Mostly small banks or closely held family-type companies.
