Guess so. I think the stocks you follow may be dead in part because they've become "Expert" as a result of the new SEC rule, and people think they can't be traded easily. But as long as they have unsolicited quotations, there's no impediment at all, unless some brokerages are not allowing trading.

Which is, I think a possibility.
