You know, I was thinking about this stuff, and you have to keep a sense of humor. So,
1-I am guessing Billy went to his local bank and cashed the UOIP settlement money check for a few billion dollars.
2-He brought lots of suitcases.
3-Chartered a plane to leave the country and go somewhere without facial recognition software or any of that stuff.
4-I think he selected Yemen, where he is enjoying the night life and numerous, local tourist hot spots.
