It’s not fraud to sell the 167m shares to recover the funds for the previous shareholders in their lawsuit, it’s what the SEC assigned the shares to Pearlman for, that’s the purpose of those shares, otherwise what other purpose would there be for the SEC to assign those shares to someone whose job it is to recover lost funds, because the SEC thinks Pearlman is a great person? The rug could be pulled out from EGOC by pearlman at any time or maybe he might be selling slowly or not at all, no one can know but that is not a good parameter, as well as the possibility that some people are rooting for a higher share price because the only Interest they have in EGOC is pearlman’s success at getting a good price for his distribution, when you buy EGOC all you are doing is paying off people who lost money in EGOC long ago, would some set up a situation with a fake business to entice the public to buy into a Chinese company with vaguely worded DD on websites that need to be translated? If I were an investigator I’d be considering that if there is no verifiable evidence that the company exists in China other than YouTube videos. Losing money to fraud in the past was likely not easy for many people, to what degree would some go to regain their lost funds? All imo
