This sounds circular, but are they raising money from warrants to pay back the loans, in some part small or large, to the warrant holders themselves? There ought to be a law.
That's 17M shares last month. At 1.30ish minus a .30ish warrant expense, that's 17M in a month. WTF is all that money going?
