Although it is a positive for AVXL to be uplisted to the NASDAQ GS—mainly because it indicates good management and solid financial metrics and reporting—the issue of which NASDAQ segment a company trades in is not really a material consideration for investors. This in itself is not a significant catalyst for the share price.
