They do not own the factory. Buying them gets contracts for salaries and contracts to make product, all large and ongoing OBLIGATIONS without a factory.

The factory, once and for all, belongs to NWBO. A certificate making them responsible for producing the product, in a certified factory, when all of the IP for DCVax belongs to it, and the IP for their other companies they service belongs to them, does not make it a company valued on the basis of intangibles.
