Why was this complaint signed off on by a real estate agent who might have a law degree and bar number butt is not listed on the named firm's website and whose online self-reported yobb is not as a lawyer but as a real estate agent???

I would strongly urge folks, and especially the named plaintiffs, to get a complete (and verified) answer to this point.

IMO, if this complaint were filed in a Federal District court, it would fail the Iqbal and Twombly tests and be dismissed for inadequacy of pleading. It seems to me to be very vague, inadequately pleaded, and poorly drafted.

I hope the plaintiffs were not charged too much for this.

Maybe Dilday can offer them a reduced commission on their future real estate transactions.

It is a pity that Krazy Al Hodges is dead. He could have taken this matter.
