The settlement was with Chanbond, and Billy was the manager with sole authority for Chanbond.

There is no way to reverse the Chump Coins and GTFOH Shekel settlement. That is done and legal, as Billy was appointed the sole manager with full authority. UOIP is not a party to the GTFOH settlement. It has no standing to seek to revoke it.

Folks need to accept that UOIP shareholder-victims will never see a penny.

UOIP is over. It is as over as the long dead examples CMKX, CDEX, SPNG, and many others just like it.

And it is not a marathon, it is merely running in circles until fatigue sets in, as it always does.

Butt, like reading about filing in a California state court against an individual (and by extension a corporation) that is not domiciled in California, it will always be good for laughs along the way. CMKX was over a decade of good laffs. Krazy Al Hodges, another SoCal lawyer, albeit one who at least knew enough to bring his lawsuits in Federal District court and his shenanigans were a laff riot for many years, as those shareholder-victims ran in circles and paid Al for over a decade before they finally started to drop off one by one from fatigue or deaths.
