Once I contacted the SEC to point out that a certifying auditor's work kept referring to the wrong year.

Eventually the CPA "agreed to be permanently enjoined from future securities violations, and to be suspended from appearing or practicing before the Commission as accountants."

Perhaps "Auditing while intoxicated."
