Fact 1. NWBO sold Sawston to keep funding the trial that will make you rich. They retained 17 acres that most likely will be worth a lot of money in development.

Fact 4. Who cares?

Fact 5. NWBO gets paid for vaccines. NWBO pays Advent to use NWBO’s equipment to make the vaccine. What part of this is so foreign to you?

Fact 6. If Advent is sold they’re selling their people’s skills, their only asset. Are you asserting Advent could simply go create their own plant and make DCVax without NWBO? NWBO could hire another company of people with the same skills. Contract manufacturing is a part of Pharma and become the norm, not the exception. A CRO, CMO, or CTL is standard stuff and you and others keep trying to make it out to be something unusual or bad for shareholders. I have experience in this, and you’re misguided at best
