You need a Full Previous Year Annual Report. It also has to follow GAAP regulations or won’t be accepted.

You need to have a Verified Profile

You need to have a Verified Transfer Agent or Show within 12 months the Share Structure (OS)

You cannot just issue a Annual report and not follow the other requests.
