Right, that’s another problem. There’s no way to make a case that the disposition of those assets are at arms length. Ideally there should be a buy-sell agreement for those assets. But barring that, Advent could easily — at the direction of LP— take assignment of NWBO’s lease and purchase the depreciated value of those assets when the time comes.

NWBO bought the assets and pays the lease, but doesn’t have an equity stake in the use of those assets - the value for the use of those assets entirely accrues to Advent.
