I’ve been a long shareholder pre the reverse split…..read all my posts. I’m not going to disclose my shareholding on this board but I’m long and definitely not a fudster….You again make assumptions about my motives. You are wrong again. I enjoy a very cordial and warm relationship with Mgt and have taken part in the majority of financings……I believe in the science and on every other issue except this. I’ve debated this plenty of times with Mgt and on this specific issue have not received any assurances to the contrary. If they are sincere in their motives then they have set this up and funded it in a way that without clarity makes them look bad….inviting criticism. That’s giving them the benefit of doubt. It’s got them into bother previously and despite some structural differences will probably lead to a similar outcome again. Use shareholder funds to support private business connected to Mgt is a very risky thing….without complete transparency in any walk of life. I don’t care if you think this is fud….I’ve not seen any evidence to the contrary other than people claiming knowledge and experience in a chat room.
