Had NWBO established a subsidiary to manufacture the vaccine to include on its balance sheet the cap ex to build out the facility and accounted for all the startup costs — all funded by NWB0 shareholders — and then hired Advent to just provide employee services under a service contract, that would be the typical business relationship

and by the way to top it off, then it that case as you describe it, it could have been NWBO to request licencing and accreditation to run Sawston as a CDMO GMP with the MHRA
