I have no idea. Trying to suppress the price would mean they (warrant holders) are selling some of the shares that they got when the warrants were exercised. More likely, some are being sold to de-risk.

Just exercising the warrants is probably mostly a way to get some $ to NWBO to keep NWBO going.
