Just got off the phone with TDA, if it is a stop sign it will still be quoted Tuesday, you just can't buy it. if it is already on the greys it will not be on the no quote list. I just checked the recent stop signs that went to the greys and they dropped off the no quote list so you can liquidate. I see a few traded after the tier change. Here is the list
