Federal Circuit is resuming IN-PERSON oral arguments.

I guess will be journeying to Washington D.C. sometime late this year or early next year for my first in-person court appearance since March, 2020.

The Court is only 3 1/2 hours from my home. Not too bad.

Under the protocols, I am allowed to bring one person to assist. Perhaps North, who is local and who has only been practicing patent law since before I was born.

Personally I prefer telephone or ZOOM due to having 5-8 dogs under my care depending upon adoptions, and because remote participation turns this into a multi-hour endeavor, instead of a multi-day endeavor, but on the other hand, to convey the passion and intensity of this particular case in-person definitely has a professional allure.
