12yearplan, Your suggestion to young people to be open to change is good advise. It's valuable advice to all as no doubt our world keeps changing, so we, to an extent, should too. It's good to know the idea is being taught in American schools, as it continues to be in Australia. The idea that in our school days most could look forward to a job for life, whereas these days future career change consideration, even multiple changes creates a more uncertain future for the young. A change in society they are better off being aware of than not. Welcome anti-racism programs are another .

I also agree those links you included no doubt point to situations in culture which should be addressed.

I was particularly struck by how few individuals could so strongly influence policies which govern affect millions of lives.
