You are asking a pointless question in order to get a response that does not actually prove your point, even though you think it does. That is why it is pointless to answer it.

The certification is for the facility, not for the business. If the facility gets certified, then NWBO, the owner of the facility, can use the facility to produce their vaccine. Advent has no proprietary interest. It is like saying that the person I hired to renovate my house owns the historic landmark designation because s/he filed the paperwork for me. Get out of the sun, stop drinking the Kool-Aid.
